Did you know that this year was the 50th anniversary of Disney World? They say time flies when you’re having fun – I think that’s definitely true when it comes to visiting Disney World! To celebrate, I am sharing a copycat recipe for the gigantic Mickey Mouse cinnamon rolls that Disney World is having in honor of this milestone.

Walt Disney World is celebrating 50 years this year and with that comes a debut of new shoes, attractions, perks, and of course delicious food! What is Disney World without great food, right?
When is the 50th anniversary of Mickey Mouse?

Ingredients for Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Rolls for the 50th Anniversary
For this easy Disney recipe, you just need 2 ingredients. Yes, just two!
- 1 Package of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
- Blue Icing
Recipe for Cinnamon Rolls Mickey Mouse
You may think that this recipe is going to be hard, but I promise you, its not! In just a few easy steps, you can have delicious, cute Mickey Mouse 50th anniversary cinnamon rolls!
First, you’re going to pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While that is warming up, take one cinnamon roll out and lay it on a baking sheet. This will be your Mickey head.
Now, take another cinnamon roll out of the package and unroll it. Roll both sides to the middle to create two small cinnamon rolls. Pinch these onto the large one to create the iconic Mickey ears.
Bake your cinnamon rolls for 10-12 minutes, or until they have fully cooked.
Smother your baked cinnamon rolls in blue icing!

- Lay one cinnamon roll out for the Mickey head.
- Then take a cinnamon roll & unroll it. Roll both sides to the middle to create two small cinnamon rolls.
- Pinch the two small cinnamon rolls onto the large one to create Mickey ears.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cinnamon rolls have fully cooked.
- Smother in blue icing.
- Serve & enjoy.
What if I don’t have blue icing?
Easy enough – take some vanilla icing and add blue food dye to it! If you can’t find blue dye, just use regular icing – you’ll still enjoy these cute cinnamon rolls in the shape of Mickey Mouse!
