How To Make a Toilet Paper Pumpkin

Materials needed:
- Toilet Paper Rolls (I suggest using the extra-large/mega rolls)
- 18×18 Inch Squares of Fabric in fun, festive colors and designs. (Alternatively, you can purchase a yard of fabric, cut it in half, and that will be enough fabric for 2 pumpkins.)
- Several Small Sticks or One Large Stick (Per Pumpkin) – Send the kids to do this!
- Pretty Ribbon That Goes Along With Your Fabric
Instructions for Toilet Paper Pumpkins:

First, place one of the squares of fabric on the table, under your toilet paper roll. Pic up the toilet paper and unroll it about 10-12 times. Then, roll it back up, making sure to roll in a disorganized, irregular, scrunchy way with a few twists, to give it the full, around form on the sides of the pumpkin. Place it back down in the center of the fabric.

Next Hold one corner of the fabric and stuff it into the top of the toilet paper roll. Moving around the toilet paper roll, continue stuffing the fabric into the center of the toilet paper roll.

Once all corners of the fabric are tucked inside the toilet paper roll, you can then insert your stick(s) into the top.

Grab your pretty ribbon and tie a bow around the stick(s). Alternatively, if you’d like to make it look like the pumpkin has leaves, you can tie thick green ribbon around the stick(s) and cut it into a leaf-looking shape.
